– Whisk together the flour, pumpkin pie spice, baking powder, baking soda and salt.
– Whisk together the oil, sugars, eggs, vanilla extract and pumpkin puree.
– Mix the flour mixture into the pumpkin mixture.
– Spoon the batter into the lined muffin pan.
– Bake in the preheated oven until an inserted toothpick comes out clean. Cool for 10 minutes.
– Mix together the sugar and cinnamon.
– Dip the top of each muffin into the melted butter.
– Dip in the bowl of cinnamon sugar.
