PUMPKIN SPICE MUFFINS

These pumpkin spice muffins are perfect for fall. So moist, filled with pumpkin, and dipped in cinnamon sugar.

– All-purpose flour – Pumpkin pie spice – Baking powder – Baking soda – Salt – Vegetable oil – White sugar – Brown sugar

COOK TIME: 18 min

– Brown sugar – Eggs – Vanilla extract – Pumpkin puree – White sugar – Cinnamon – Unsalted butter

PUMPKIN MUFFINS

– Whisk together the flour, pumpkin pie spice, baking powder, baking soda and salt. – Whisk together the oil, sugars, eggs, vanilla extract and pumpkin puree. – Mix the flour mixture into the pumpkin mixture. – Spoon the batter into the lined muffin pan.  – Bake in the preheated oven until an inserted toothpick comes out clean. Cool for 10 minutes.

CINNAMON SUGAR TOPPING

– Mix together the sugar and cinnamon. – Dip the top of each muffin into the melted butter. – Dip in the bowl of cinnamon sugar.
