– Butter – Yellow onion – Mushrooms – Chicken broth – Heavy cream – Garlic – Celery – Flour – 2% milk – Carrots – Russet potatoes – Frozen peas – Frozen corn – Shredded cooked chicken breast – Italian seasoning – Garlic powder – Dried thyme

Ingredients

– Salt – Black pepper – Bay leaves – Fresh parsley

STEP 1

Add butter, onion, garlic, celery, and mushrooms to a large pot and cook around 3 minutes.

STEP 2

Stir in flour until white is no longer visible, about 1-2 minutes.

STEP 3

Stir together chicken stock, milk, heavy cream, carrots, potatoes, peas, corn, chicken, Italian seasoning, garlic powder, thyme, salt, pepper and bay leaves.

STEP 4

Stir occasionally, until potatoes are tender. Remove from heat and remove bay leaves.
