Cream cheese

Ingredients

Creamy peanut butter

Vanilla

Salt

Powdered sugar

CHILL Time: 1 HR 20 min

Dark chocolate chips

Vegetable Oil

STEP 1

Blend together the peanut butter, cream cheese, vanilla, and salt until fluffy.

STEP 2

Gradually beat in the powdered sugar until you have a light, tan, soft dough.

STEP 3

Roll dough into 1″ balls and place a toothpick on top of each ball. Place in the freezer for 20 mins.

STEP 4

Melt the chocolate chips and oil together in the microwave.

STEP 5

Dip them each in the melted chocolate using the toothpick.

STEP 6

Remove the toothpicks from the tops of each Buckeye. Return to the freezer to set for an hour.
