INGREDIENTS

– Chocolate creme cookies – Unsalted butter – Cream cheese – Creamy peanut butter – Powdered sugar – Vanilla extract – Heavy cream – Semi-sweet chocolate baking bar

Combine the cookie crumbs and melted butter. Press the mixture into the bottom of your pie dish and bake.

STEP 1

Beat the cream cheese, peanut butter, sugar, vanilla extract and heavy cream until smooth and creamy.

STEP 2

Transfer the peanut butter filling to the cooled pie crust and smooth it out into an even layer. Set it aside.

STEP 3

Microwave the remaining heavy cream, vanilla extract, and chocolate baking bar pieces until smooth.

STEP 4

Spoon the chocolate ganache into the center of the pie and smooth it out into a circle in the center of the pie. Chill and serve!
