INGREDIENTS

– Boxed brownie mix – Vegetable oil – Eggs – Water – Creamy peanut butter – Salted sweet cream butter – Pure vanilla extract – Powdered sugar – Chocolate chips – Heavy cream

Stir together the brownie mix, oil, eggs and water until combined.

STEP 1

Spread the brownie batter in the baking dish. Bake for 20 minutes and allow to completely cool.

STEP 2

Beat the butter, peanut butter, vanilla and powdered sugar until full incorporated.

STEP 3

Spread the peanut butter mixture over the cooled brownie layer.

STEP 4

Heat the chocolate chips and the heavy cream in the microwave for 45 seconds. Stir until completely smooth.

STEP 5

Spread the ganache over the peanut butter layer. Cover and chill in the refrigerator for 15 – 20 minutes.
