My friend Kelly, from Smart School House, introduced me to this amazing tool – the cupcake plunger. Ever since I brought it home my son, Joey, has been begging to use it! So we decided to make some delicious s’more cupcakes with marshmallow filling!
Not only are these marshmallow filled s’more cupcakes super cute (if I do say so myself!), but they are really delish and easy to make – with the cupcake corer, of course!
All you do is make the cupcakes just like you always do. Once they are completely cool, use the corer to take out a hole in the cupcake. Don’t push it all of the way down, just about 3/4. Carefully take out the center piece and place to the side. Fill with marshmallow fluff (or anything else you desire) and replace the center piece. Frost, top with crushed graham crackers, Teddy Grahams and Hershey Bar! Now you can have s’mores any time of the year!
