This easy Dole Whip Popsicle recipe is my favorite summer dessert, simply made by blending pineapple, pineapple juice, sweetened condensed milk, and heavy cream until smooth, adding the mixture to popsicle molds, and placing them in the freezer.

Refreshingly cool and tropically flavored, pineapple popsicles are the perfect way to beat the scorching heat.

A Dole Pineapple Popsicle has the best balance of creamy light texture with a bright sweet taste. While I love the flavor of my easy Dole Whip Recipe, there are so many ways to make your own dole whip recipes: make a vegan version using coconut milk, add some booze to your blender for the adults version of a Boozy Dole Whip, or make a healthy dole whip using fresh pineapple and no added sugar.

Ingredients
  

  • 20 ounce Dole Crushed Pineapple in heavy syrup do not drain
  • cup pineapple juice
  • ¼ cup sweetened condensed milk
  • ¼ cup heavy cream

Instructions
 

  • Add the un-drained crushed pineapple, pineapple juice, sweetened condensed milk and heavy cream to a blender.
  • Pulse 5 – 7 times before blending on high for 2 – 2 ½ minutes, or until completely smooth.
  • Use a funnel or a spoon to fill 4 ounce popsicle molds. Place in the freezer for 4 hours to overnight. Eat while frozen.
