Chocolate Crackle (Rolo) Cookies
How to master your chocolate craving…Bake a batch of these little sweeties and conquer your sweet tooth. I have been making these cookies for ages and they never disappoint. The secret is in the chocolate. The recipe calls for melted chocolate chips instead of cocoa powder. This really makes the cookies rich and delicious. The crackle in the name comes from the end of the cooking process. After they come out of the oven, the tops will begin to crackle as they cool.
