CHICKEN POT PIE SKILLET RECIPE!!

This Skillet Chicken Pot Pie has all the comforting hearty flavors of a classic  pot pie, but it offers  a quicker and easier way to enjoy the dish!

Ingredients Needed:

– Canned buttermilk biscuits – Melted butter – Yellow onion – Celery – Garlic, Rosemary, Thyme – Salt & pepper – All-purpose flour – Chicken stock – Heavy cream – Shredded chicken – Frozen peas and carrots – Olive Oil

 Cook the the vegetables and chicken until they are cooked and coated with seasoning.

Cut the biscuits and top over the chicken mixture.

Bake for 30 minutes at 350 degrees.

Brush the tops of biscuits with melted butter.
