  1. Hi there, my family is military and I just saw your lawn stars. I would love to do that for our yard. What kind of paint was used on the grass? Does it wash away or simply gets cut away after growing?

    1. Hi Fran – you can really use pretty much any spray paint – when you cut the lawn, it gets cut away!

  2. Love the pix of your patriotic creations! You must be a great Mom!

    Was wondering if the front porch pix was of your home? If so, could you tell me the color of the wall and or shutters? It looks like you have a Chicago brick home, we do, too. I’m having the hardest time figuring what color to paint front door and possibly swing.
