Do you ever come across those pictures of desserts that literally make your mouth start watering? Well, I started collecting those recipes for (you guessed it) my talented and lovely sister, Julie to make for our next family dinner. I am just saying, you all will want to be coming for Thanksgivukkah dinner at my house this year, cause we (meaning Julie) is going to be rocking the dessert table! BTW Jules, you may want to get started cooking now! The best part about this arrangement where I “host” and pretty much everyone else cooks, is that Julie is in the midst of planning my nieces Bat Mitzvah (it is about a week from now). So I just say “I found a good recipe for Thanksgiving, can you do this one too?” and she is so totally overwhelmed, she just says yes to shut me up!!! How great is that????

Hope you all enjoy these delectable delights! Remember, sharing goes two ways – LMK your dessert favorites for future posts!!

  1. Julie here! it is true, I have been saying a lot of “yeses” to my sister to get her off my case. After all I have my daughters Bat Mitzvah in a week. However, secretly in the back of my mind I am already thinking about a Thanksgiving turkey shaped challah and some s’more brownies. It is going to be a Thanksgivingkah to remember.
